Hundreds Pay Tribute to Lt. Vincent J. DeSimone

Lt. Vincent J. DeSimone was "tough but fair" (his description) and a respected member of the prosecutor's team. Here is the program from that evening with its tributes -- "honest, fair and effective," they called him -- and its biographical information.
